Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, complete with its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Note that returns with opened packaging or a broken seal will incur a 15% restocking fee.

For exchanges, the fastest way to get the correct item is to return the current one and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for your desired product.
